• What is a viewer?

  Viewers are free members who can see content but cannot edit it. Invite 2 with Solo, or as many as your user count with Multi.
• Is voice transcription really unlimited?

  Yes. Voice transcription doesn't count against your daily AI quota on any paid plan. Record or upload voice notes as often as you want — voice is never throttled.

• Can Vyneron read handwritten notes?

  Yes — send any handwritten document (a shopping list, lecture notes, a receipt) to the Vyneron Telegram bot. Vyneron asks how to keep it: "Read text (OCR)" extracts the writing into a searchable note, or "Save as file" keeps the document with the tags you choose. Both paths are then searchable by content or by tag.
• What's the difference between OCR and saving as a file?

  OCR reads the text inside the document and saves it as a note — you can search by what's written (e.g. "Acme invoice" finds the receipt). Saving as a file keeps the original untouched and asks you for tags — you search by your own labels (e.g. tag "passport" → find the PDF later). OCR is best for handwritten lists, receipts, whiteboards, and screenshots; file-with-tags is best for IDs, contracts, and PDFs you want to keep as-is.
• How do I find something I sent months ago?

  Search by what you remember — from the Telegram bot or the web app, type any keyword from the document: a vendor name, a date, a number, a tag. Vyneron searches tasks, notes, OCR'd content (handwritten or printed), voice transcripts, and tagged files. Cross-language: a Turkish query can match an English note when the meaning matches.
• What is the smart calendar?

  Vyneron knows public holidays in 250+ countries. When creating recurring tasks, it can automatically skip weekends and holidays — you only get reminded on business days.
• Is there a mobile app?

  Yes — Vyneron works as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on iOS, Android, and desktop. No app store required. On iPhone: open vyneron.com in Safari, tap Share, then 'Add to Home Screen'. On Android Chrome: tap the 'Install Vyneron' button at the top of this page. The installed app works offline, sends push notifications, and lives on your home screen — just like a native app. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap; the PWA is the canonical mobile experience today.
